K Raheja Corp began its journey in Pune in 1996 with the opening of the first-ever residential facility, Raheja Woods, which became the cornerstone of their history in Pune. We, the architects of elegance, sold homes for more than INR 2.5 lakhs per sq. ft. in 2000. There was no turning back in the quest for quality, as the year 2009 saw the introduction of Raheja Vistas, one of the largest townships in South Pune, followed by the launch of Raheja Viva, in 2011. Adding another feather to our cap, we proceeded further as K Raheja Corp’s firm Chalet Hotels Ltd. agreed to buy Accor SA’s Novotel Hotel in Pune, marking the start of its partnership with the company.
